The VH-4 Modern is a high-power pickup based on Alnico 5 magnet with 16 kOhm resistance. Pickups are built on nickel-silver base plates and are bathed in a mixture of wax and paraffin to reduce unwanted microphonisation. For fans of more complex pickup configurations, we have left 4 output wires and the possibility of coil-splitting. Cover pickup versions feature high-quality nickel-silver covers, which is the most neutral material to the tone.

The pickup comes with springs, mounting screws, and a printed wiring diagram.
